I specialize in creating health and fitness videos and currently in the middle of a 10k steps a day challenge with daily check ins, Technical How-To's, fashion inspiration, skincare, and mental health awareness.

Cost-effective: UGC can be a cost-effective way to generate content, as it doesn't require you to pay for professional photographers, writers, or videographers.
